Repairs are functionally tested using robotic equipment and run through a final test phase to assure you get the highest quality repair while meeting and maintaining engineering specifications. 

PLC’s, Teach pendants, servo motors, power supplies, drives, robot wrists, and more can be refurbished and we can provide exchange parts. 

Pick-up and local delivery services upon request, where available.

Detailed Service

Diagnosis and Inspection: A diagnostic and multi point inspection on every part in which can be set up to include repair reports with complete details.

Stress Concentration: Cleaning of every part is essential to determine hidden causes of failures including fatigue, loads and others.

Refurbishing: Depending on the need or requirement, we can either refurbish or repair the component.   

Rebuild: Your rebuild will return in like new condition, we detail and service your unit to factory specifications on every repair.

 

Service Features

Repair and Return Service: All parts have a standard lead-time of 7-10 days but can be expedited. All parts are typically one-year full and complete warranties. All repairs can be set up to include repair reports with full details.

Parts Exchange: If you come across the unfortunate case that you need a part yesterday we can offer an exchange part from stock to ship within 1-2 days depending on availability.

Inventory parts: What is in your parts and maintenance crib? What are the most important items and issues that can occur during production and manufacturing in relation to what you have in inventory? Let Pivot Automation decide for you and recommend the best parts to store in your inventory.

Robot Rehab: We can also offer a complete evaluation to refurbish your robot systems whether you are looking to do a complete refurbishment or just a controller- all robot evaluations are set up with no inspection fees and are based on what needs repaired and not a flat rate quote.
